Refunds, Returns & Exchanges Policy

At NIMAIH, every piece is created with intention and care. While we strive for perfection, we understand that issues can arise. Our policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and easy to follow.

 

Return Window

 

  • We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.
  • Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

 

 

 

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery:

Kindly include:

  • Order ID
  • Reason for return
  • Clear images or video (if applicable)

Once approved, a pickup will be arranged.

 

Return Pickup Process

  • After approval, pickup will be scheduled within 2–3 business days.
  • A maximum of 3 pickup attempts will be made at the original delivery address.
  • If pickup fails due to unavailability or address issues, the customer will need to ship the product back at their own expense.

 

Quality Check

  • All returned items undergo a quality inspection (12–24 hours).
  • Items must be:
    • Unused and unwashed
    • In original condition
    • With tags and original packaging intact


Returns that do not pass quality checks may be declined.


Refund Process

 

Once the return is approved after inspection:

  • Prepaid Orders:
    Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • COD Orders:
    Refunds are processed via UPI. Customers are advised to share a valid UPI ID.


⚠️ Note:

Shipping charges and COD fees (if any) are non-refundable.


 

 

Defective or Damaged Products

 

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Please share within 24 hours of delivery:


  • An HD unboxing video
  • Clear images of the defect
  • Images of the outer packaging


Once verified, we will arrange a return or replacement as applicable.


 

 

Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Incorrect items ordered by the customer
  • Used or washed products
  • Missing tags or original packaging
  • Damaged or tampered prints
  • Creased or altered garments


NIMAIH reserves the right to decline any return that does not meet policy requirements.

 

 

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery, subject to approval.
  • Exchanges are allowed only for size or design variations (subject to stock).
  • Any price difference must be settled by the customer.
  • Exchange shipping or handling charges may apply.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order.
  • After this window, cancellations cannot be guaranteed as processing begins.
  • COD orders may require confirmation before dispatch.
