Shipping Charges
- Free Express Shipping on all Prepaid Orders
- Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹45 additional charge
Estimated Delivery Timeline
- Prepaid Orders: Delivered within 5–6 business days
- Non-Metro & COD Orders: Delivered within 7–8 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and logistics.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days
- Each product undergoes quality inspection before dispatch
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day
Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS and email, allowing you to monitor your shipment until delivery.
Important Delivery Guidelines
To ensure successful delivery:
- Please provide a complete and accurate address (House No., Street, Area, City, State, Pin Code, Landmark)
- Ensure you are reachable on phone during delivery attempts
- Someone should be available to receive the order on the scheduled date
Failure to meet the above may result in delivery delays or return-to-origin.

- Unserviceable PIN codes
- Operational or logistical constraints
