5. ORDERS & ORDER CONFIRMATION

For certain orders, particularly Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, NIIMAIH may contact you to confirm the order before processing it.

If a COD order cannot be confirmed, NIIMAIH may cancel the order before dispatch.

6. PAYMENTS

For prepaid orders, payment must be successfully completed before the order is processed.

For COD orders, payment is collected upon delivery according to the applicable terms shown at checkout.

A COD charge may apply as displayed during checkout.

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are generally processed within 2–3 business days.

Estimated delivery timelines are:

- Prepaid orders: 5–6 business days
- COD orders: 7–8 business days

8. CANCELLATION

Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order, subject to the applicable conditions.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer available.

9. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

NIIMAIH does not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection or personal preference.

Eligible size exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions stated in our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy.

Refunds may be considered for eligible wrong, damaged or defective products after verification.

10. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
